Wrong size? We've got you covered.
At DROP17, we know sizing can be tricky—especially when you're buying online. That's why we offer free size exchanges within 14 days, even on limited drops.
No refunds. But if the fit isn't right, we'll swap it.
How It Works
1. Request Your Swap (Within 14 Days)
Email us at Help.drop17@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number

The size you ordered
-
The size you need
We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
2. Ship It Back (Free)
We'll send you a prepaid return label via email. Print it, pack your hoodie (unworn, tags attached), and drop it at any USPS location.
Important: Your hoodie must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with all tags attached

Free of odors, stains, or damage
3. Get Your New Size (3–5 Days)
Once we receive your original hoodie, we'll ship your new size within 3–5 business days.
You keep your original numbered tag—even if you swap sizes. Your number stays with you.
What If My Size Sold Out?
We've got you covered.
We hold back a 10% inventory reserve specifically for size swaps. Even if your size shows "sold out" on the site, we guarantee your swap.
Example: If we produce 50 hoodies, we reserve 5 units for size swaps. You'll get your new size, no matter what.
After the 14-day swap window closes, any unused reserve inventory may be released as a "limited restock" (usually 3–5 pieces max). We'll announce it on Instagram and email.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your hoodie arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us at Help.drop17@gmail.com within 30 days with photos.
We'll replace it or issue a full refund—your choice. This is separate from our size swap policy.
Shipping Costs

Swap shipping is FREE. We cover return shipping and send your new size at no cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (since we don't offer refunds).
Processing Time

Return shipping: 3–7 days (depending on your location)

Your Numbered Tag
Your original number stays with you.
When you swap sizes, you keep the same numbered tag that came with your original hoodie. We'll transfer it to your new size before shipping.
Example: If you ordered a Medium with tag "17 of 50" and swap to a Large, your Large will still have tag "17 of 50."
Your number is yours. It doesn't change.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return my hoodie for a refund?
No. All sales are final. We don't offer refunds because our drops are limited and numbered.
But we do offer size swaps within 14 days if the fit isn't right.
What if I want a different color or style?
We only offer size swaps—not color or style exchanges. All sales are final for color and style.
Can I swap more than once?
No. You get one size swap per order. Make sure you're confident in your new size before requesting the swap.
What if I miss the 14-day window?
Unfortunately, we can't accept swaps after 14 days. The clock starts on your delivery date (not order date).
Pro tip: Set a reminder when your hoodie arrives so you don't miss the deadline.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
How do I know if my swap was approved?
We'll email you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you'll get a tracking number for your new size within 1–2 business days.
What happens if my return gets lost in transit?
Keep your USPS receipt as proof of shipment. If your return is lost, email us at Help.drop17@gmail.com with your receipt and tracking number, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
